so ive been having this issue for a while now its been a while since i last had it but today it started happening again and im just getting pissed off right now
i can't realy describe it but its like all the sound that comes through my headphones are destorted
i made a video where you can hear the audio when it happens:

i was able to fix this by:
logging out of my account on my pc and relogging( this time it did not work sometimes it does)
or a restart will allways fix it
but it allways comes back
now maybe if i can get some sort of command for cmd where it would disable and renable my audio i could make my own batch file
