I just set up a new computer, it has a small HDD for windows and a completely new 1TB harddrive as well. However under computer it shows it as having 69.9gb of 69.9gb available.

When I go to device manager and click on properties it shows the proper size (Very close to 1tb)

Im running 64bit windows 7

How do I fix this?

Hey there, BlueF0xX.

Have you checked what it says about the drives and partitions in Disk Management? Would you please post a screenshot of it here (you can use imgur.com to upload the image)? Here's how to access it:
How to access Disk Management in Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8 to manage hard drives
.
If there's an already created partition with the missing storage space, you could try assigning it a new letter: How to change the drive letter assignment in Windows. If this is not the case and there's unallocated space, just click with the right mouse button and select "new simple volume" and then follow the wizard's steps to create a new partition.
I'd also recommend that you download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostic tool...

I'd also recommend that you download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostic tool and test the drive, to see if anything unusual pops-up.

Hope that helps.

I think I was confused, as it showed 2 partitions, not 2 hard drives. After I followed your advice and added a new simple partition it worked fine, thank you :)
