On my Grandad's computer, the sound keeps cutting out for around 2-5 seconds. It also pops up with Realtek audio message on the bottom right of the screen saying the audio device was unplugged. It is the same when plugging the speakers or headphones into the front or back of the computer. I have tried reinstalling the chip set and audio drivers but it still occurs. I'm not really sure what to do. Any help is appreciated. The motherboard is from Gigabyte. If you need specific details on the computer, I can get them later.
