Gaming on 1080p Ultra settings Nvidia GTX 960 is going to suit your needs.

But Given the unknown size available for a Graphic card in your case Its best to choose a small form factor GPU.

I recommend this card for it small form factor and 4GB of ram which will play any AAA titles like GTA V @ 1080p Max settings at 30-60fps.

I would recomend buying the gtx 970. Becaus of rhe 1.5 GB of extra RAM and a overall better gaming experience. But it is litle over youre budget do.

Gigabyte g1 best overall

A round 340 dollars for those cards
