Will this CPU Cooler fit my new pc rig? Also, PSU recommendation?

title basically gives you a baseline on what I'm trying to figure out. Currently, I'm in the process of making my new pc rig. I've ordered an MSI Z97 Gaming 7 MOBO, an Intel i5-4690k processor, also a gtx 960 from my old rig plus 8gb ram and 550W PSU. I'm fitting it all into a "COUGAR Challenger Black Steel ATX Computer Case with 12cm COUGAR TURBINE HYPER-SPIN Bearing Silent Fans and 20cm LED Fan" (as portrayed on newegg site). Now, my question is will an H110i Corsair 280mm cpu watercooler be able to be mounted properly with this setup? What limitations will I have to watch for and also, what would be the recommended wattage for a PSU as I fear this might not be enough to power my system?

Solution
The H110i GT might be a tight fit. It is a small case and it looks like it has room for 2 140mm fans up top but not much room for the reservoir/tubes to push into. Might have to drop to the H100i GTX. Still a good cooler but a bit smaller.

Not sure as to what limitations you speak of. The PSU wattage is probably fine but it also depends on the quality of the PSU. If it is a good brand it will be fine. If it is a off brand you might want to upgrade it.

When I was talking about limitations I was referencing the amount of space and PSU wattage as you explained. So I'm fine with the PSU I have now? I trust this psu as I've had it for over a year with no problems with it keeping up to speed. :) I was hoping to get the 110 for better cooling, would it be worth my while to get something that would be able to fit easier or spend the extra money and have a filled up, cooled down case?

Well if it is a Corsair there are three possible. The VS, CSM or RM. In terms of quality from those three they are ranked:

1. RM (Tier 2)
2. VS/CSM (Tier 3)

If it is a RM then I would say it should be fine with that system. If it is a CSM/VS I would probably upgrade to a Tier 2 just to have enough power.
