Ok so I have an AMD FX 8320 and I have been doing benchmarks for my CPU. I stay around 20° C when Idle and around 45° when maxed out. I was wondering if these temps are normal or if I have something to worry about. BTW I am using the stock CPU cooler.

Those temps are quite low, especially for a stock heatsink, what is the ambient temp of the room? Don't get me wrong they aren't anything to worry about if they are correct, just want to verify that the temp. sensors are reading accurately.

Those temperatures are very very low. What testing methods are you using?

Try Aida64 stress test and use HW Monitor to monitor your CPU core temperatures.

I have an ambient temp. of around 73 degrees Fahrenheit. I am using HeavyLoad CPU stress test but I will try Aida64. I am also using Core Temp to monitor my CPU temps.

Those temps are normal if you live in a freezer. If your room was something more conventional, baking in the summer heat, I'd say whatever you're using to measure temps is faulty.

Alright, I have been running the AIDA CPU stability test for about 5 minutes and it looks like the temp is capped at 50 degrees. I'm gonna run it a little longer to see if anything changes.
