I'm so close to being certain on all the parts I need for this build, and I will be ordering them/buying in store the next few days.

Here is the build

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/M4GrQ7

With this build, I want to run most games such as GTA V, CoD, Battlefield, FO4, etc at 1440p 60 FPS on a 144 Hz monitor, w/ no lag.
I will also be using it for school stuff like typing up stuff, etc.
If there are any major suggestions that would make this build better or some suggestions on how I can save some money that would be greatly appreciated. Also, am I missing anything? I don't want to get all the parts then notice I forgot something. I want this computer to be built the day I have all my parts together. Thank you

This is a stronger build. The Xeon is an i7 with a little lower clock and no iGPU but is much cheaper.

As far as your posted build, the only thing I might suggest is bumping up the ram to 1866 cas 9 (or 8 if you want to spend a little more).

Although I don't know much about noctua cou coolers.

My choice would either be a phantek cooler or if your on a budget the hyper 212 evo.
