Considering that I've seen YouTube videos showing a guy pulling a real-life bird out of the emoji icons on the screen, I have issues trusting YouTube videos as "evidence".

Now, show me a reputable testing site, like Tom's or Anandtech, where they've actually tested the game on a dual-core machine (including the hardware they used). But some random guy posting a YouTube video that could easily be edited from other video clips? That's about as reliable as the "I stole your nose" trick you play on a toddler.

the only games that i know of that dont support dual core are far cry 4 and dragon age inquisition, and im pretty sure you can mod those to work, You have the burden of proof not me.

http://wccftech.com/witcher-3-cpu-benchmarks-fx-63008350-i7-4790ki5-4690ki3-4130g3258-oc/ here is the g3258 running the witcher 3

http://www.dsogaming.com/pc-performance-analyses/grand-theft-auto-v-pc-performance-analysis/ he says it ran surprisingly well on a dual core.

there is more reliable proof

i have found multiple sources that say it runs on dual cores and none that say it doesn't.

So... you take a dual-core CPU that's much better than his (http://anandtech.com/bench/product/56?vs=1265), OC the crap out of it...& it still loses out to a stock i3 and an FX-6300...& still claim that a dual-core runs it well?

Especially with their own quote:

"The less powerful the CPU here, the more CPU stutter you encounter. The G3258 – overclocked to 4.5GHz – doesn’t work out too well.

But once we hit 01:12 – a tour of Novigrad City on horseback… well, then we see some big changes. This area can hit 80% utilisation across all eight threads on a Core i7 4790K! The less powerful the CPU here, the more CPU stutter you encounter. The G3258 – overclocked to 4.5GHz – doesn’t work out too well."

And that's again with a chip that at stock outperforms his by a long shot.

I never said once that it would run well. I said it would run and you said it wouldn't run at all and i proved you wrong.

like i said, it will bottleneck a mid to high end card, obviousy he is not running on super high settings with his low end cpu, all i said is that it would run.

i dont know why u guyz say i cant run games like gta v farcry 4 or other bigger games on my cor2due or quad cor well let me tell u that i ve run most of high end games like crysis 3 farcry 4 gta v on my cor2 due i dont need to upgrade to an ( i) series processor like i3 i5 i7 cause what i think what changes the fps or performance of any games is a good graphics card i know pretty well that if i upgrade my pc to quad cor increase ram upto 6 or 8 gb and with a good graphics card i can run any heavy game on ultra settings ..........thats what i think
i know it cause i am running these games on my pc
