I bought all the parts I need to build a pc and my case came with standoffs but no screws for putting in the holes on the motherboard and in the standoffs. The MoBo didn't come with the screws either. The only screws I have is 1 bag of 4 small screws that I am pretty sure came with the power supply. I am pretty sure I need more screws because I've seen videos of people with 5-6 bags of different screws. Thanks! Please help!

Sounds like the factory didn't pack them. But some cases use metric as well.
