A lot of posts have been made about this but I want to make sure that the solution I use applies to my specific rig.

I want to know how high my cpu temps can get before endangering it. Here are my current specifications:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb Quad-Core 3.4GHz Socket AM3 125W HDZ965FBGMBOX Processor (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727) OC'ed at 3.9ghz 1.45V

PSU: EVGA 220-G2-0750-XR 80 PLUS GOLD 750 W (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438017)

Heatsink and thermal paste: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065)

Motherboard: Asrock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMd 970 + 9B950 5x (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157280)

Right now at 3.9ghz and 1.45v I idle at around 46C and it goes up to 59C under load. I want to know what the safest temp for this cpu is. I really would like to avoid going over 1.5v. Also the listed temperature is only the cores' temperatures using CPU Thermometer, I have no idea if this is the average temp or something else. I would like some suggestions for programs that let me see my cpu's temp as well as the temp of the individual cores. I would also appreciate suggestions for software that benchmarks my cpu without completely destroying it.

Tonight I will try to OC my cpu to 4.0ghz and if I have to I'll go to 1.475v, and i'll report those temps as soon as possible, but I would really like to know how far I can push it. The only game I play at length is TF2 which isn't a very demanding game but it's very cpu heavy and I would like as much fps from that game as I can. All suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

TL;DR
How high can the temps go with my setup?
