Ok so I recently purchased a Zotac gtx 980 ti amp extreme (Upgrading from 780ti) and it finally arrived today. I plugged it in and turned on my pc, but my pc wouldn't boot, The fans would try and spin for half a second and then it would just shut off shortly after. My pc works fine when i plug in my old card. Should i RMA this card? or could it possibly be my old power supply. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
PS- i reseated the card already, as well as updated my bios. and removed old drivers.
