Im getting a Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply and a Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case. Will the psu fit?

Yes, it will fit. It's a poor quality power supply, but it's definitely compatible.

I would recommend choosing a different unit. The CX units are tier 4, which is not very good and they have a rather high early failure rate. I'd recommend something that's tier 1 or 2 from the following list based on the recommended capacity of your GPU card model which I've linked as well.
