Hello! I am looking for a gaming PC that can play games with at least a 1080p with 60 fps. I also would like to be able to livestream with the PC. Like the title above, I'm looking at a range from $700 to $1200. Please give me some great advice. ^_^

Note: The $700-$1200 range is only for the PC itself. I would like for people to suggest monitors, gaming mouses, gaming keyboards, etc. as a side note please.

Hope this will fulfill your demand.
CPU: i5 4460
Motherboard: MSI H97 Guard Pro
Storage: Western Digital 1TB Blue Hard Drive
SSD: 256GB Crucial MX100 / 250GB Samsung Evo 850
Memory: Corsair Vengeance (2x4)8GB ( If you don't like corsair then you can pick any brand with (2x4)GB & Frequency doesn't make any impact in game performance that much)
Video Card: Geforce GTX 970 4GB
Case: NZXT S340 (Colours are optional, you can pick one)
PSU: Corsair CX600M / Cooler Master V650 (If possible)
Last but not least, add a be quiet! Dark Rock 3 113.8 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler .
1).For monitors, my personal opinion would be to go for any good 1080p monitors available in your market. Spending a lot on Display is really waste of money unless...

For streaming, this would be great. The only thing that some people might not agree with is it not having a SSD, but the reason it doesn't is because this build is absolutely ready to drop in a second GTX 970 for SLI in the future, which is also why the PSU is 850W.

I say go 4690k even if you're streaming its' a good chip plus its about 100 dollars less. Which would go into your gpu a 980 way better than a 970 and better than a 390x.

Regarding preipherals, i'd say go razor, can't really go wrong their, if you're looking for a really really really good built headset it's gonna cost around 300 but astro's are insanely well built, i've had my a30's for over 5 years and i've dropped them on numerous occasions on hard tiled floors and they still work exactly the same as they did the day i got them amazing build quality and they don't hurt your ears so thats a plus. That said i don't know about the build quality now, but at least 5 years ago they were top notch. Keyboard i'd say something mechanical blackwidow, taipa razor

If you need a good set of headphones for gaming you should consider the Sennheiser HD598, Open back headphones with great comfort and sound quality.

When talking mice, I'd stray away from most of Razer's offerings (They tend to have lifespan issues, but out of the box most of them are decent).

There are tons of options out there that are good, But here are some recommendations

-Steelseries Sensei [RAW] (Heavy-ish, Great for palm grippers and claw grippers with huge hands) -Minor neg Accel at very high velocities-
-Zowie EC2-A
-Zowie FK2 (Lightweight, Adjustable LOD. Arguably better than the Kana V2) -Flawless sensor-
-Steelseries Kana V2 (Flawless sensor, Extremely lightweight. High LOD but can be fixed with tape)
-Steelseries Kinzu V3
-Logitech G500s
-Razer Deathadder '13 (One of the only products from razer I'd recommend, Good grip feel and excellent sensor)
-Razer Abyssus/ Abyssus Mirror. (Older units have jitter issues, But the newer ones found in amazon are near flawless.)

1).For monitors, my personal opinion would be to go for any good 1080p monitors available in your market. Spending a lot on Display is really waste of money unless you're involve in professional editing work's. So pick One which you like most under your budget.
2). Gaming Mouse , there are lot but few options for you: Corsair M65, Razer DA 2013, Logitech G502, Zowie FK2, & the latest Steelseries Riva (My personal options).
3). Corsair vengeance K70 always my favourite (yet), there are some solid keyboard within $100 : Logitech G710+ Mechanical , Razer Black Widow Ultimate, Roccat ISKU.
