I'm thinking about upgrading either machine or CPU and am wondering if I even need to or not.

Model: HP p6-2387ea (64bit)
CPU: i5 3350p (@3.1 GHz)
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 680 (EVGA 4gb)
RAM: 8gb
I am wondering if my CPU is limiting my performance? If so what are the choices of upgrades and would there be any point, should I just upgrade my system completely?
