What is the best case for heavy gaming, with great airflow and a budget of roughly £60?

Okay so currently I have a coolermaster cm690 case which I lost my patience with, when trying to modify it to have the h100 cooler above the case. This is was because I didn't feel comfortable, with the amout of head room I had between the motherboard. So I'm resorting to buying a new case. It needs to be big enough to hold a gigabyte gtx 970 with a length of 310mm. Then it needs great airflow for when I plan to overclock my i7 3770k. This leads also to a second question. Best cpu cooler: h100, h100i, hyper 212 or other. Thanks in advance.

Might also be worth having a look at the Fractal Design Core 3500 or Define R4 (the R4 is the old model, but a little cheaper than the R5). Personally, I have an R4 with 3x 140mm intake fans housing my i7-4790K and GTX 970, and it works great.

I have a personal preference for air coolers, so I'd say Hyper 212 EVO if you're on a budget. Not sure if it'd limit how far you can overclock though, versus a more expensive air cooler.
