You're probably gonna not like this, but if you plan to O/C an FX-6300, you'll want to bump your PSU up to around 550W. Otherwise you're looking at constant issues with the BIOS overriding your O/C values and difficulty with maintaining a stable O/C environment. As for mobo, your options are quite wide open. You'll definitely want to go with the 970 chipset board tho.
