My computer which runs Windows XP is unable to connect to my wifi network. My computer using Window 8 does not have a problem. Is there anything I can do to correct my XP computer (other that tossing it and getting a new one!)

Solution
If it is really old and you use WPA2 you may not have the patches that support it. Not sure you can get the patches anymore....i have not loaded a xp system in years. The ones I have I patched to SP3 when they announced the end of support.

Other than that you can even get 802.11ac cards that have drivers for winxp so there is nothing that fundamentally prevents it from using wireless.
