Looking for a 2x8gb set preferably under £60. Red would suit my build and I have the 212 evo so they might need to be low profile. Over 2000mhz would be the sweet spot I think.

Any help will be appreciated!

It depends on the individual 4100, it may run 1866 fine if the MC (memory controller) on yours is strong enough (might even be able to carry 2133), but then too some 4100s need extra voltage to the DRAM and even the MC to run 1866. I went to the 8370 for my AMD and it runs 32GB of 2400 just fine, but....have a guy down the street with an 8370 that can't even run 16GB at 2400

That changes a lot, sounds like you plan to mix the old DRAM with the new - SO, there are no guarantees when mixing DRAM from different packages, the may play or may not. It's Best to get all your DRAM that you want/need in a single package - then you know it's been tested to play nice... Moving to the 4100, Think the best bet for it would prob be 1600 sticks, AMD states the FX CPUs can run 'UP TO' 1866 at one stick per channel, (while actually the higher end CPUs 'seldom' have trouble doing this and many can run even higher, you often see those with 6xxx FX CPUs have problems with 1866 and above and see a number of 4xxx CPU that can't even run 1866
