Which graphics card would suit me better?

Im trying to decide between the GTX 960 2GB, GTX 960 4GB, or possibly the 970.
I usually play games on medium settings because im no graphics over frames kind of guy. I am on a rather tight budget so i really dont want to get the 970 (I know it has great value).

So do you guys thing the 960 4GB would outperform 2GB noticably on medium settings in most games? I usually play ArmA 2, DayZ, CS:GO, Minecraft, and am looking to start playing more games like BFH.

If you play at 1080p you will be fine with GTX 750 Ti judging from the games you listed. 750 Ti can max out any of the games you listed except DayZ (maybe high). If you wantto go all cool and have the baddest card for 1080p that will play Crysis 3 maxed out 60+ FPS then go GTX 970.
GTX 960 is a perfect choice if you want to do heavy gaming at 1080p but not maxing out very demanding games
