I need help finding a compatible Graphics Card for my desktop

Hi guys!

I need help finding a compatible Graphics Card for my desktop. I don't know much about graphics cards, but I want to upgrade mine. I just don't know what graphics card is compatible with my motherboard and the rest of my desktop pc.

I know my computer is 64-bit capable, however it currently runs Windows 7 Professional 32-bits.

The graphics card needs to be able to run games like Minecraft and if possible, also GTA V for pc. I want a decent graphics card which is also cheap.

If possible, I'd like to get some recommendations for what and where to buy one. I live in the Netherlands, but buying online is no problem for me.

Desktop PC: HP - Compaq Presario SR5310NL
Current Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

can change the psu to higher wattage as I'm using the same case but with a non-hp gigabyte board.

Can you provide me with the information that's crucial when looking for and purchasing a graphics card for my pc?
Like the amount of Watts etc.

The two cards I gave you the links to are your two best options with your power supply. both are plug n play cards and will work fine right when you plug them in because they do not require much power
