Out of desperation and long researches, I've finally decided to ask my favorite tech community for help. Here are my specs:

AMD FX 8320 (Not overclocked with Stock Fan)
Nvidia GTX 970 Gainward
Asrock 980DE3/U3S3 Motherboard
Corsair VS550 550Watt PSU
8GB DDR3 RAM

Updated BIOS from v1.10 to v1.60 from the link here:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/980DE3U3S3/?cat=Download&os=BIOS

Reason I updated was because my CPU temperatures were running 75-80°C while playing DotA 2 with very jerky fps (21-40) and 60-70°C Idle. It's been like this ever since the beginning. Played in a air-conditioned room with an additional fan for the casing. Drivers were updated. Was told one of the possible solution was to update the motherboard's BIOS. (Updated through the Asrock Windows update option)

After updating and rebooted, CPU temperature begins to rise up to 80°C quickly (checked in the BIOS) and would shutdown by itself. After hours of searching, found a thread containing a possible solution to this.
Link to thread:
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2465712/incorrect-motherboard-settings-hardware-fault-asrock-980de3-u3s3.html

Downloaded the beta BIOS from the above thread and tried to install it with Instant Flash, during the installation, I'd safely assume the computer wasn't turned off from a successful installation but turned off by itself due to ?overheating? 82°C?

Right now, computer would turns on with the CPU and GPU fan spinning but no display (No Signal), tried a CMOS reset with the jumper and by removing to battery but till no avail.

Found a possible solution from another thread of this amazing website:
1. Unplug the PC from the wall
2. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds
3. Remove the CMOS battery for 10 minutes
4. Put it back in
5. Insert the USB with the EXTRACTED bios into a fat32 USB. WITH NO FOLDER JUST THE FILE
6. Then pressed the clear CMOS button on the back of the motherboard
7. After that it started installing, then it restarted several times.

Computer still starts with no display, fans spinning and no indication of any installation of new BIOS.
But I wasn't sure did I follow the procedure well, or the procedure given was incomplete (some steps were missing?), or it could be my motherboard doesn't supports the above recovery feature?

Please help, needed to use my powerhouse comp urgently and do not wish to spend another penny on this, thank you!!

My model is the one without the R2.0.

980DE3/U3S3

Thank you, but I don't think the BIOS chip would ship to my country. (Outside US and Europe)

Are there possible prescribed in OP recovery methods?
