Minecraft Server Ping Issue

I am getting up to 600ms ping on Minecraft servers like FadeCloud and on speediest.net i get 12ms ping and i have dual band ac fibre optic wifi connected via USB 3.0 wireless adapter (up to 867mbps). Anyone know how to fix this so i get ping around 20 like i should on Minecraft? My PC is getting 500-700fps at the same time and in single player, up to 2,000fps!!
Other games like CS:GO and Planetside 2 run smoothly getting high fps on max settings and i never lag on those nor do i have problems watching 1440p videos or other wifi-intensive tasks.

Please help!

One in Australia gave me 2000ms but the server is either UK or US based so not as far away, ill try find out where it is based for more info

The location of the Minecraft server you are pinging to is farther away from the speedtest.net server you picked. You can ask the server owner to have another server to be hosted closer to your location.

Do you think they will host another server closer or not? Is it hard for them to do?

IT would be easy for it to happed, but it may cost extra money and the server might have a more EU based player base
