I'm building a 50/50 gaming and editing computer. I'm at film school right now and I want something to handle heavy editing/3D compositing, etc. I do a lot of after effect, premiere pro, photoshop, Davinci Resolve and Nuke. Plus, while being there, why not making it a gaming machine.

Here is my build for now:

So I've learned what I know from the internet, I never build a PC before, I want to know If you guys have better/cheaper alternatives for some parts, and a general feedback from you guys

(Side note: I know that, for editing, 1 TB of storage is not great but I'm kind a freaked out when all my editing material is on the same hard drive that why I own plenty of external hard drives so I'm ok for the storage.)

By the way I'm from Canada.

Solution
Shuffled the parts around to get better value and far faster renders. Also changed the motherboard. Changed to a better quality power supply. You do not need a expensive motherboard. If you want a bit nicer one than what is listed the Gigabyte Gaming 5 Z97 is great. :)
