Actually, that is the model number we're looking for.

Unfortunately, that is a laptop processor in a Desktop system.

If you look at the motherboard image in this link, then you can see that you have no PCI-E slots at all and so, you cannot install any graphics card.

First, just look at your motherboard and see if it has PCI ports: http://gcctech.org/cec/motherboards/motherboard1_large.gif, if it does it will work... also you may say you don't care but when you spend over $100 and it hardly performs better you'll care, just sayin'.

The graphic below shows examples of various PCI-E slots (PCI-Ex16 and PCI-Ex1) as well as older style PCI (not compatible with PCI-E) slots on a motherboard. Compare the slots shown here to those in your computer. If you need to, post a picture of the inside of your computer or tell us your computer's model number and we can let you know.

ok. Let try this. There should be a program installed on your computer named, DXDIAG. See if you can find and run that program. It's part of Windows so you shouldn't need to install anything new. Run that program and it's front page should look something like this:

Tell us what it says next to "System Model" on your computer.
