Laptops and phones have limited access after moving

Before we moved, all the devices in the house connected to the internet and worked fine. But after moving and setting up the router etc. we discovered that although all devices could connect to the router, only a few phones, a desktop, and an ipad did not have limited access. I then opened up the network and sharing center and saw that there was a '2' after the router name but after going into Manage wireless networks and deleting everything, the two is still there.

Things we have tried:

    We called our ISP and they mailed us a new router but the problem still persists.

    I logged into my router and saw that the devices were indeed connected and there were no blocked devices.

    Connected laptops with ethernet but still limited access.


Please help

Note: The problem happened with my desktop as well but i was able to fix it after reinstalling network card drivers.

Forget the networks in the wireless adapter properties under Network and Sharing Center

If that does not work then go in and "uninstall" the wireless card driver from the device maanger, then tell it to scan for new hardware and let it reinstall the drivers.
