Ok so I bought a used HP Pavilion Dv7 yesterday and today I tried to download itunes and while doing that the computer went into a boot loop where it goes to the windows logo and then the loading circle and then it goes to a black screen where it boots up again and repeats it self. After 3 times of doing that it takes me to a menu that says windows didn't boot up correctly and I booted into safe mode and it worked normal. But when I click restart it just goes back to the boot loop. Another thing to note is that the computer is pretty hot.
