Hello TechExperts,

I will be wanting a PC for 2016, now obviously we don't know what technology were going to have in 2016 but for now I'd like a fresh start to know what and how for later i might even get the PC this year. I don't need color coordination, fancy lights, paint jobs...etc. Noise and Temperature will not bother me except overheating. I need pure performance, most for least. Feel free to give any and all types of suggestions and builds I will check them all and compare. Also an SSD would be nice but I'm a patient fellow so I could also do with/out the same with OCing :)

Finances: 2250 Euros MAX.
Parts Preference: None at all, whether AMD or Intel or Nvidia or anything out of ordinary.
Location: Germany (Deutschland).
Parts not Needed: OS, Mouse, Keyboard, Speakers or Headphones.
PC Usage from most to least: Gaming 70%, Architecture Work 20%, Multitasking (such as Stream Gaming, Music, Movies etc.)
Overclocking: I'ts your decision to put it in the build or not :) If you do I simply will OC but if not then I won't.

Any other questions or suggestions i'd be more than happy to answer :D
Thanks for your time.

This is in dollars but it is close to the price you would get in euros. Feel free to ask if you need more information about the specs listed here.

The decision to OC or not to OC is on your hand.
CPU-Übertaktung macht nicht so viel Sinn meiner Meinung nach <--- this only my opinion.

If you decided not to OC,
you can look at my E3-1231V3 setup for reference, I bought everything from mindfactory.de for about €2150 (around €750 is for XB270HU alone), I found mindfactory to be even cheaper than amazon.de or alternate.de:
Intel E3-1231V3 + ASUS Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2 + 2x8GB DDR3 1600 CL8 Crucial +
Fractal Design R4+ XFX XXX 750W + Galax/KFA2 GTX970 EX OC+ Samsung 840 EVO 500 GB +
Seagate 3TB 7200.14 + LG BR-Writer BH10LS30 + BeQuite! + Shadow Rock Slim+ Acer XB270HU
You can adjust the setup so that you can fit a GTX980Ti and/or i7 4790k. You need the i7 4790k if you wanna OC.

Note:
-there is a special ASUS mobo sale at the moment @ mindfactory.de. ASUS Z97-pro gamer is quite cheap there.
-I would avoid 4k at the moment, a single GTX980Ti will struggle a lot on games like Witcher 3, if you play it on 4k. I prefer to have 144Hz 1440p 27" IPS monitor with GSync.

I find the question 'Do you want to overclock' a bit of a nonsense one. Why? It depends on performance, not what the OP is comfortable with even if that sounds crazy. Overclocking will become useful/necessary in the future when the CPU no longer is powerful enough. Overclocking is not necessarily right now.
