Hello. Around a year ago, I built a system for a friend. Everything has been working fine for him up until today. He just encountered an issue where the PC froze after 5-6 hours of use and then wouldn't boot properly. The fans and their lights all seemed to power on and work, but the display, keyboard, and mouse don't. I have already tried having him use different display ports, but that doesn't seem to fix the issue. I am thinking that this is a motherboard issue but I wanted to get other opinions on it before we RMA the board.
EDIT:There is no onboard speaker

how are the temperatures?
is the psu dead? try testing it with a paper clip
did you trying updating all of your software
maybe it's because you have a virus or malware
try scanning with your antivirus, malwarebytes and spybot in safe mode

Intel Xeon E3-1230 and a GTX 970.
Yes, the cables are properly plugged in.

I'll try resetting the CMOS tomorrow when I get the chance. Everything else on the list has already been done. Like I said, the PC has been working fine (for almost a year) up to this point.
