So I have overclocked my asus gtx660 directcu II Oc, and when I play GRID Autosport and when I crash to other car or something else I got screen tearing and those colourful block to screen. So is it recommened to lower clocks?

Solution
Colourful blocks and Screen Tearing are two different things. Screen Tearing isn't indicative of any problems with your GPU. It's completely normal. But colourful artefacts, flickering textures mean you've OC'd your card too high, which ultimately leads to driver crash during gaming. Try lowering 10-20mhz and then play the game for at least 30 mins.
OK, one topic at a time.
1. Screen tearing happens usually if your GPU is now working faster or send more fps than the monitor refresh rate.
You can try to activate VSync or adaptive VSync and you can also try to combine with triple buffering. Tripler buffering will eat a bit more of your VRAM while VSync will cause stutters if the fps go below the monitor fps. This is normal phenomenon not only if you OC the GPU but also seen if you use a more powerful GPU.
Screen tearing is why you would want a 120Hz/144Hz monitors and also those monitors with GSync/FreeSync.

2. The colorful blocks, I call it artifacts. This is a sign that you pushed/overclocked the GPU too much. Set it back several steps down until those artifacts are no longer to be seen.
