Can you recommend a good Gaming PC build for $700? Sadly, that is the highest i can go. I think the most money should go to the GPU. I prefer Intel CPUs over AMD CPUs and I prefer Nvidia GPUs over AMD GPUs. I already have a monitor, a mouse, a keyboard, and an OS covered. Just the tower itself is needed. I'd prefer if you used 8 GB of RAM, a nice Full Tower ATX case, 4 GB GPU, no SSD, no overclockable CPU, 1 TB HDD and no aftermarket cooler.

All the above "requirements" are not actual requirements, just things I'd prefer over others, but are not strictly required. Nonetheless, I'd be way more happy with a build that fits what I asked. Feel free to tell that you couldn't include certain things due to the budget.

Thanks

To get the price down closer to $700.00 you can replace the i5 with an i3.

What about going with the GTX 960 2 GB version?

If the 280X is better can you add it to the build and a psu to run it without going over $700, only slightly over ($10 or so)? Feel free to tone down on other components. (Not ram or hdd space please)
