the specs are
EVGA Nvidia Gtx 960 128-Bit PCI-E Graphics Card

Gigabyte GA-H81N INTEL LGA1150 H81 Mini-ITX Motherboard

Thermaltake Core V1 Mini ITX Cube Case with Fan

Intel i5 4460 Quad Core CPU

WD 1TB 3.5 inch Internal Hard Drive - Caviar Blue

Crucial BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00CEU Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2), Ballistix 240-pin DIMM, DDR3 PC3-12800

im currently not sure what psu to buy and what works, also is it ok to get a processor i cant over clock in the future? im wanting to play games like csgo maxed out while recording, video editing, arma 2 , h1z1 all with good fps and high settings, also i need to keep everything to fit in the mini itx case, if all this would fit in a smaller case please tell me as i need to move it around alot , any help would be appreciated

CSGO isn't all that demanding and you should be able to max out. For regular video editing, the Intel 4460 will be good but not for professional work. A 500W PSU is great and will give you upgrading possibilities in the future so that's what I recommend. Overclocking isn't necessary unless you want to squeeze everything out of your CPU which I doubt you need right now.
