Cpu power connector

I recently bought the ECS Kam1-I itx mobo to go with an Athlon 5350 and can't seem to find the 12v atx. Do all mobos have them or have a different type of plug for it? I connected everything else and it turns but blank screen ):

I can't see one. Maybe the AM1 chips don't use enough power to need it?

AM1 CPU's dont typically need a separate 4 pin power cable, as they are low wattage. They draw the power from the Mboard.

Is everything turning on on the PC, fans etc?

The fans and everything start going, but nothing shows up on screen... I even switched to hdmi from vga and used two different monitors
