H97 with a 4690k is a waste. Either get a proper, Z97 board, for overclocking, or change the CPU to an i5 4590. An XFX 550w is plenty for your setup.

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($58.99 @ SuperBiiz)

If you want an overclocking rig, with the potential of SLI, then this is the PSU to get.

Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($73.99 @ SuperBiiz)...
Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply.
Two available 6-pin PCI-E power connectors
Total Power Draw: 145 Watts

Even a 500 watt unit would work. 750 is big enough that you could upgrade to an even stronger video card in the future if you wanted to.

What I have not seen is what power supply you are looking at buying. And that matters. A lot. There are lots of good power supplies out there, and then there are tons of horrible ones. So ask us about whatever power supply you want to buy before you buy it. We can tell you if the unit you intend to buy is a good one or not. I prefer Seasonic, but there are lots of other good ones out there too.
