Odds are that your motherboard does not recognize/support the memory modules you are using automatically. You will have to go in to the BIOS settings and manually set the memory speed to 1600MT/s. It's not a problem.

The two choices for xmp are disabled or profile one so I put it on profile one then went to memory overclocking profiles and their are ram names with tight or loose at the end. None of the then are mine. What do I do

Memory sticks that use XMP can have up to 4 profiles stored. I would try the tight settings and see if your system will run properly with those settings. If not, just go back into the BIOS and change to the loose settings. Either way, it will not make a huge difference as to which of those is being used. But sometimes, every little bit helps and tight settings should be just a tiny bit faster.
