Hi,
i need your help.
i am building a desktop ..
i bought:
1. MSI Z97 Gaming 5 LGA 1150 Socket Motherboard
2. Intel Core i5 4690K 3.50Ghz LGA 1150 Haswell Refresh (Devil's Canyon) Processor
3. Gigabyte GZ-G1 Casing
4. Corsair Vengeance 8GB (8GBx1) 1600Mhz 240-Pin DDR3 Desktop Memory
5. Xigmatek Tauro 500W 230V Power Supply 80+ Certified.
6. Nvidia Geforce 9500gt 1gb.

is this a good combination?
is this power supply an atx? because the motherboard requires an atx PSU and i dontknow whetherthis is an atx or not?
i calculated my Power supply requrements, i was recommended 350W but as i am gonna buy a new Gpu and later try to overclock CPU , i thought i should buy 500W . is 500W enough?
also, i did every step in the my msi motherboard tutorials to make this cpu,i didn't miss a point..
idk why but my cpu is not turning on (the lights in side the motherboard blinks but does not starts completely) . is this bcause of the PSU being more or not being atx Psu?

Please reply/help as soon as possible,i hope for an early reply. thanx in advance
i am soo much excited to run this pc.
