need help about grounding when building pc.

looking to build a custom pc. need a little help about how to grounding. My house is made of pure concrete and marvel, so by standing with naked feet can i ground myself because i think that's the easy way.

Install PSU, plug into wall and leave rear switch OFF. Simply touch the metal of the case occasionally and you should be golden. Also try to assemble on a static free surface such as cardboard (case box folded flat perhaps) or a wooden table.
