My computer is currently running with 3x2Gb RAM modules. I had intended to upgrade it to 4x4Gb modules but after replacing the modules, my PC gets a BSOD with error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I understand this is caused by a compatibility issue, however according some hardware compatibility lists I checked before the purchase, the new ram should be compatible so I'm a bit lost on what could be the problem.
I have an ASUS P7P55D-E LX. Current working ram is Kingstom KVR1333D3N9/2G. New ram is KVR13N9S8/4.
Thank you for your help!
