So currently my cpu is sitting at 3.3 ghz / 1.056 V.
To cut to the chase, i want to get it to 3.9 ghz. Heat won't be a problem as i have a decent aftermarket cooler. What worries me is my 450w PSU, considering that i also have a gtx 960.
My question is, can i overclock it to 3.9? If so, what voltage should i set it to?
Thank you in advance.

Your PSU likely won't cut it, unless it's a Platinum rated PSU, then maaaaybe it might keep up. There's generally no way of knowing which voltage is required since every chip is different. But you can think in the direction of 1.25v for that frequency. If you have a 'bad' chip, you might need all the way up to 1.4v.
