PC Won't Turn on a after shutting off by itself

It's been over a month now with my PC which it was working fine throughout and today I was on it and it just turned itself off out of nowhere. It seemed like all power was lost. The power didn't go out(that's what it looked like). Now you can hear the hard drive spinning up and the LEDs on the mobo light up and no fans turn on or anything, not even the CPUs fan. Is it my mobo or my power supply? I don't have a graphics card in there atm.

when you power the pc any post letter show up on the mb?? is the power good on the mb lighting up?? if there nothing on those led i would try another power supply first.

Nothing comes up I think those are turning on is because they're on a separate pcb and I don't have access to a different psu arm except for an OEM dell 350w from 2006

if your not getting any post led then your not getting power to the mb. if you can buy another unit and then return it when the rma comes in or rma the old unit.

sounds good, im going to set up an RMA with corsair for a new unit and send it in. If its my mobo ill talk to msi about it
