Can someone build me a PC under $650 CAD?

Like the title says, I'm looking into buying a PC that's not too expensive, but still powerful enough to handle modern games on at least medium settings with +40fps.

I would prefer it to be Intel and Nvidia based for the CPU and GPU, and it has to be under $650 Canadian, which is about equivalent to around $500 US.

I know the build I'm asking for seems pretty unrealistic for the expectations I set before, so here is a list of the games I'll probably only play for the most part:

League of Legends, CS:GO, Borderlands 2, Rust, Battlefield 4, and maybe Fallout 4 if possible.

Thanks in advance for all the help!

This is to small cash for intel + Nvidia setup.
But AMD + Nividia can give you good FPS on High settings :)

That is a really hard budget to work with :p

I suggest just buying a lot of parts used instead. Or buy like a $500 used "gaming" computer and then put some updated stuff in or something.

If you are going to go with this build, or order parts in Canada at all, don't order from Vuugo, Canada Computers, or ShopRBC. If they have a cheaper price than NCIX, then get NCIX to price match it. If you tell me what city you live in I can help you look for a used gaming rig

Ya, Canada sucks for Intel prices. We get robbed up here. AMD is better and more closely priced to the US. Maybe it's because ATI started as a Canadian company and after being bought by AMD, still retain some Canadian tax rights or import charges or something. In the US, I would build I5/I7 systems, but up here, AMD is wayyyy cheaper.

What are you bumping for? you have an intel and AMD based build to choose from. Your budget doesn't go far up here in Canada, not like we can offer 100 different configs. Those are both decent system.

You never say if you need an OS or not, keyboard, mouse, etc, etc.

I understand, I just want to see the opinions of others as well. I'm still thankful or your feedback.

Do you need an OS, keyboard, mouse, monitor in that price? that makes a big difference in the total available for the actual system.
