I am in England so amazon would be fine and I shall have a look into these thank you for your help
next question what could I do to light the inside up with out messing up performance?
There are three main ways you could light up the inside of the case. You could buy "gaming" case...
I'd go for air cooling (the generic AMD CPU cooler will do) although it really does depend on what you're using it for. For gaming (which I presume), I'd upgrade the CPU cooler for a better one.
Water cooling is not needed.
What air cooled would you recommend ? I was only thinking water cooled to save space and improve the air flow of the whole case plus making it look a more open

There are three main ways you could light up the inside of the case. You could buy "gaming" case fans that have LEDs in them so when they spin it projects light inside the case. You could also buy LED strips (I recommend LED strips) and hang them up on the sides of inside of the case. You plug them into a Molex or equivalent (SATA? Can't remember) and when the computer is on, they power up (such as these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Top-LED-Bright-Modding-Light/dp/B00C2Q537K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1437212941&sr=8-1&keywords=computer+LED+lighting+strip). I would avoid the next option: Cold Cathode Tubes. They are very anti-versatile, don't fit in all cases, break extremely easily and I have no idea how they work!
In all, I'd recommend either case fans (if you want isolated lighting) or LED strips (if you have enough room) or both. I have LED case fans in my PC (because I'm poor and they were a tenner) but choose what you want; it's your PC.
