I need a build that comes to 450 dollars. I have a copy of windows as well as all peripherals except for a keyboard. I would like to be able to play CS:GO at a good framerate.

Start making a set up with PC part picker. Intel or AMD? Big or small? I spent about $400 but I caught some promotions. I built out of a tiny case which limits me on the GPU front. I went with an Intel Pentium G3258K 3.2GHz CPU which is $70 and its pretty potent. CS should be fine for it.
