I am looking to spend $400 or less on a home office computer. I would like the capability to have 2-3 monitors hooked up.

Really all I do is build websites, use MS office and surf the web.

I need it to be snappy, I hate waiting for things to load.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
This is with a slightly higher performance card that HAS native displayport capability. You will still need at least one monitor with displayport input or an active displayport to DVI or HDMI adapter for displays without displayport.

if your looking to build a computer with a $400 budget then you may want to consider an AMD processor because its cheaper.
Possibly a AMD A10 with integrated graphics will suit your basic needs.

How do you propose you're going to run three monitors off integrated graphics? Maybe, maybe, on the newer IRIS graphics, but that means an Intel chip which is not going to fit within a 400 dollar budget.

With a 400$ budget you wont be able to buy a decent gpu that will handle 3 monitors
so you might aswell go with one monitor and a decent apu

I have the basics and the os.

Then that build I posted should be more than enough for what you need and you can use 3 displays but that card can only drive two non-DP screens at once. You need an active displayport-DVI adapter and at least one DP-capable display. I'll look for another card that may have native displayport that fits the budget.
