Hi,
I am building a new pc. The parts are msi 990fx-gd80v2 board, 32 gig ddr3 ram, 3 wd 1tb sata drives, 4 msi 5770 1gig ddr5 pci express cards, 8370 amd 8 core, dvd/rw. What case, water coolling, and psu would you all recommend for this setup? Cannot afford high end equipment. Something you all would recommend that you would use yourself. Any info and help would be appreciated. Thanks again.

You're using 4 graphics cards and you don't want to pay for high end equipment? Not going to happen. The 5770 4 way CF is going to require a 750w minimum PSU with 4 six pin or 6+2 connectors. I'd recommend this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($73.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $73.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 240M 86.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $89.99...

And are you looking for a mid tower or full tower case. I'd think with four 5770's you'd be likely to need a full tower case so this might be your best option and is a fairly low cost but very good quality case that supports up to 360mm radiators:

Case: NZXT Source 530 ATX Full Tower Case ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $89.99
