Hey,

My PC specs are as follows.
CPU: Intel i7 4770
GPU: Evga GTX 760 SC
Ram: Crucial Ballistix sport 16gb
SSD: Crucial M500 120gb
HHD: WD Black 1tb
Motherboard: Gigabyte B85M DS3H
Water cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 120V
Case: NZXT S340

I've recently rebuilt my system with the above mentioned i7 and water cooler, When I run a benchmark in Aida64, I can only stress the CPU itself, when I do this the temperatures stay normal with 48C being the max, thus far. But, then I try to stress the FPU, or Cache the temps jump out of control within the first 10 seconds...This is a non-unlocked i7, I have not messed with voltage or anything, does anyone have an idea what my problem could be? Also, I think it might be that this motherboard is giving the CPU to much voltage, here are the voltages.

CPU VAXG: 0.816 V
CPU VRIN: 1.776 V
DRAM: 1.535 V

Wattages

CPU Package: 15.3 W
CPU DRAM: 2.42 W
CPU Cores: 5.61 W

Any Logical help would be appreciated, thanks.
