Well i have a msi gtx 760 and use msi afteburner and the GPU CLOCK show 135mhz and then jump to like 1000mhz and then go back to 135mhz... is that suppose to be that way?
AND my pc SHUT OFF randomly ... and i honestly dont know why... doesnt look like there overheat problems in there at all because i just installed a new corsair h100i gtx on there...the cpu and gpu temp was like at arround 40 degree celsius when it shut off

Sadly i dont have another psu so you say that the problems is mostly because of the psu ? I didnt clean it with air can yet lol so lazy to remove the whole thing out of my haf x to clean it but i always clean the other parts .... btw i didnt have that problems before just upgraded to i7 4790k

I doubt you'd need to clean the PSU out, what does windows say for when the pc shuts off?
