Why not a 5820K? It's the same processor (minus 100mhz - irrelevant if you're overclocking), just with 28 PCIe lanes instead of 40. Even 3 card SLI / CFX systems will run perfectly with 3 x8 PCIe slots. Unless you're planning some crazy rig that requires the full 40 lanes, the 5820K is a better choice (significantly cheaper) than the 5930K.
I agree with CTurbo though, unless you uses other than gaming, or you're prepared to spend significantly more money now to get a longer-lasting rig, you're much better off with a 4790K and invest the money saved into a better graphics card.
