My friend just bought a brand new custom build PC. He's not too savvy with computers, but he does like to game. His PC specs are listen below. He complains that he only gets 4 FPS in game with all the setting on low, the game people League of Legends, this should not be the case because he spent nearly $2,000 on this new rig. I've tried to download the drivers for his graphics card but with no luck; still 4 FPS. I have no clue what this problem is. Please help!
