One of my USB drives shows up on my laptop but not my desktop. I've tried multiple ports on that desktop but to no avail. Other USB drives work in all of those ports, just not that specific one usb drive. It shows up in the "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" area but does not show up in the file explorer. How can I fix this?

Hey there, XtremeAero426.

Have you tried uninstalling the drive from Device Manager on your Desktop and reconnecting it again so that Windows can reinstall them, to see if that fixes the issue. Check if it's detected by Disk Management and if it is, please post a screenshot of what you see about the drive there (you can use imgur.com to upload the image). You might just need to assign the drive a new letter, here's how to do that: How to change the drive letter assignment in Windows.
I'd also recommend that you backup any important data you might have on that drive, just to be on the safe side. After that go ahead and download the manufacturer's diagnostics tool and test the drive, to make sure that everything's OK with it...

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.
