If it can run it, you're going to have one hell of a tough time. DayZ and the Arma series are very CPU bound, and they rely heavily on single core performance. Even the higher end AMD's have trouble running it from what I've heard, and the 4300 is by no means higher end. When you add in the fact that you're working with a R7 250, it doesn't look good.

Can you run it? Yes.

Your best bet would be low-medium, I would guess.
